FMPE Investor Working Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a volunteer-led group formed by FMPE investors to coordinate communication, collect information from investors, and support representation in the current Federal Court process involving FMPE, Greg Cotton, and ASIC.

We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information when you complete a form, send us an email, or participate in the court-related process:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Information relating to your FMPE investment
• Documents you choose to submit, forms you choose to fill in
• Your communication preferences (Observer, Opt-In, Participant, Opt-Out)

We do not collect or store payment information, website cookies, advertising data, or analytics.

We use your information only for the following purposes:
• Communicating with you as an Observer, Opt-In, or Participant
• Aggregating investment information for the purpose of court submissions
• Coordinating communication within the FMPE investor community
• Confirming your participation status
• Sending updates relevant to the court process
• Responding to your enquiries

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required for the court process or by law.

3. How Your Information Is Presented to the Court
If you choose to participate in the court process:
• Only aggregated investment information is provided to the Court.
• Individual contract details, names, or personal information are not listed in court submissions.
• All personal data remains confidential and is only used for verifying participation.

4. How We Store Your Data
Your information is securely stored in:
• A private, access-restricted Microsoft OneDrive folder
• Our CRM system, used only for communication management and access is limited to authorised members of the FMPE Investor Working Group.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your information:
• Only for as long as required for the FMPE court process and related communications
• After the process concludes, unnecessary information will be securely deleted
• You may request deletion at any time (unless required for ongoing legal proceedings)

6. Your Rights
You can request, at any time:
• Access to the information we hold about you
• Correction of information that is incorrect
• Removal from communication lists (“Opt-Out”)

7. Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal information with any third party unless:
• You provide explicit consent, or
• Required by law or court direction

We do not use any advertising, tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party marketing tools.

8. Security
We use reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information, including:
• Restricted access
• Password protection
• Encrypted cloud storage (Microsoft OneDrive)
• Data minimisation practices

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if our processes change. Any updates will be posted on this website with a revised “Effective Date.”
